Yinglian completed both her Ph.D. and post-doctoral work in Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University, and currently holds over 20 patents in her field. Frank, a Partner in PwC’s Cyber, Risk & Regulatory platform, has over 25 years of experience in financial crimes, including fraud, AML, sanctions, and bribery. He specializes in compliance, operational risk, and technology solutions, leading large-scale projects in KYC, sanctions screening, and fraud monitoring. Frank is a Certified AML Specialist (CAMS), Financial Crime Specialist (CFCS), Fraud Examiner (CFE), and Cryptocurrency Investigator (CCI).

Ian Mitchell

Ian Mitchell is a 25-year global fraud fighter, having managed fraud teams in over 14 countries and held leadership positions at PWC, Fifth Third Bank, Ally, GE and USAA. Ian is the founder of The Knoble, a non-profit organization with the mission to unite the financial services industry to protect vulnerable populations and fight human crime (human trafficking, scams, child exploitation, and elder abuse). Ian is also the co-founder of Mission Omega, a leading fraud services company that helps the financial industry enhance anti-fraud programs, defenses, and controls.
